GT (Glenn Taylor) has always been an active adventurer and keen sportsman.
Glenn has completed 9 Ironman Triathlons, including Hawaii, and represented the New Zealand elite team in the 1999 World Championships. He has completed many marathons, running, cycling and multi-sport events.
In 2007, he and his wife cycled toured Australia and settled in the Kimberley, where he is based.

GT has a Bachelor of Forest Science from the University of Melbourne, which lead to a 20 year career in plantation and fire management, including a season with the elite Alberta Rapattack fire fighters in Canada.
Glenn has a Cert IV in Sport and Recreation Management, Advanced Workplace Traffic Management Certification, Extensive Fire and Emergency Qualifications, and Certificate IV in Health and Safety and Risk Management qualifications. He is also a Level 1 Triathlon Coach and experienced Race Director.
GT manages the Lake Argyle Swim - winner of the "Sports Event of the Year" - WA Sport & Recreation Industry Awards.
GT received the "Service to Sport" - East Kimberley Sports Awards and "Small Business Award (0-4 employees) - East Kimberley Small Business Awards.
